Captain Googlecrump is a member of East Tornado, he joined around the time when Max Toons were put back in to Toontown Infinite Test Server, he has been a member ever since. He is the creator of the East Tornado wiki and the Toontown Funtime Content Pack for Toontown Rewritten.
